  • General Warm-Ups -  12:00pm

  • Timed Warm-Ups -    12:30pm

  • Competition Begins - 1:00pm

  • Awards to follow competition

*Gymnasts will be spilt into more than one group.  Please have enough coaches to accommodate this.
